These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding (other than arbitration) shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Prince Edward Island, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
